Have a question?
Here’s what most people ask about Professional Opinions:
Who are the end clients?
So your answers aren't swayed by your opinion of any particular brand(s), we can't tell you who's asked us to perform their research.
But we when we contact you to participate, we provide as much information as possible to ensure you fit the requirement.
This usually includes what the client want to learn about a specific industry or trend – and the type of people they want to learn this from.
So, for example, you will be told:
A large technology company is interested in learning from IT decision makers about purchasing model for cloud computing capacity - including discounts such as spot instances/spot VMs.
What can’t I say?
You may not share any Material Non-Public Information, confidential information or any information that cannot be disclosed because of existing contracts.
How am I paid?
Payment methods vary but usually include PayPal or an Amazon e-Gift Code.
When you're invited to take a survey, the available options will be listed. These are then repeated when you successfully complete a survey - for you to select your preference.
Once you tell us how you'd like to be paid, within 72 hours you'll receive an email to claim your reward.
How do I become a member?
To give our clients the very best, most accurate results we must connect them to the most relevant professionals available.
Therefore only those who match a very specific set of criteria are asked to take part in a given project.
If you'd like to be considered for membership and the opportunity to participate in future projects, please send an email including your name, position, the company you work for and phone number to kelly@professionalopinions.com.
What about my privacy?
As I'm sure you appreciate, it's essential we verify your identity to ensure the high quality responses our clients expect.
But your personal information is never shared with anyone.
When you participate in a survey what you say is always confidential. And all surveys are anonymous unless stated at the outset – where this is the case, your explicit consent is required before you take part.
